As mobility and the autonomous landscape converge, how are companies innovating to position themselves for the future. Panelists include Heather Richman of BMNT, Karl Holmqvist of Lastwall, Orion Listug, Beau Woods and Craig Smith.

Speakers

Heather Richman, Entrepreneur in Residence + Hacking 4 Defense (H4D) + H4X Labs. Heather has worked alongside the US Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community to create ecosystems of innovators and investors to engage in national security-focused problem solving on all levels. (Silicon Valley, New York, LA, SD, Boston, Chicago, Austin/Dallas).

Our platform brings to bear deep, mutually supporting networks of innovators, researchers, defense and national security officials to identify and solve complex problems for military, intelligence community, and commercial clients.

Karl Holmqvist is a cybersecurity, telecommunications and renewable energy entrepreneur who is currently working on new identity and authentication systems with Lastwall. He is focused on where the world of internet mobility is going and how we can secure the future, and believes that most current security systems are fundamentally flawed.

Orion Listug is a Program Manager specializing in technology innovation and strategy in the mobility space. He is passionate about enabling safer and highly-accessible mobility without sacrificing security or privacy, which he feels modern solutions struggle to achieve or inherently neglect.

Beau Woods, Cyber Safety Innovation Fellow /Atlantic Council. Beau works to bridge the gap between security research and public policy communities to ensure connected technology that can impact life and safety is worthy of our trust. Over the past several years, he has consulted with the healthcare, automotive, aviation, rail, and IoT industries, as well as cyber security researchers, US congressional offices, the White House, and other US and international policy makers.

Craig Smith, Author of Car Hackers Handbook, founding member of the Car Hacking Village. Craig, Agent Craig, is the author of the Car Hackers Handbook and a founding member of the Car Hacking Village. Craig works with law makers to find the right balance between Right-to-Repair and OEM Cyber Security and Safety.
